If I could give them 10 stars I would! I cannot recommend them enough. They were kind, professional, very thorough and knowledgable. I took my mother there to have her hearing tested and get hearing aids. She was embarrassed and not sure what to expect. Darrin was the best! He made her (us) feel welcome and comfortable. He did not try to sell her the highest priced hearing aids. After a very thorough hearing test he explained what type of hearing loss she had and what hearing aids he recommended and why. That was it. The "sell" he also made it known she could go with less expensive hearing aids and most likely do just fine, to get her the best hearing possible though he told us what he recommended. It was very low pressure. He seemed much more concerned with my mother as a person and what she could afford and how he could help than selling any brand of hearing aid. I was very impressed with the caring, kindness and sincere honesty! AAA+++

I got my hearing aids about 2 months ago and I love how comfortable they are! I hardly even notice they’re in my ears but I can hear things more clearly than before. I could hear the water run, the beeper in the car and lots of other things before, but my new hearing aids have made those so much clearer. I’m noticing that ‘huh’ is no longer in my vocabulary! I’m so happy with my new hearing aids and would encourage others to stop being so vane and get them. They’re fantastic!!!

Darren has been an absolute godsend and the rest of the staff are no less wonderful to deal with. Their rates are reasonable, the advice practical and expert. I couldn't be more pleased!

I purchased my first hearing aids in 2011 from Grant's Hearing based on recommendations by several people. I have been seen by Grant, Darrin and Cole. I have been totally pleased with the service I have received. I would recommend them highly.
