It seems important to tell you how much the personal approach of this office has eased my apprehension. From the greeting at the front desk, I felt welcome. The consultant's greeting and hand-shake let me know that I was in the care of a professional who was relaxed and ready to focus on my hearing issues. He quickly put me at ease and went right to work. I felt as if we were friends from the beginning. By the end of the session I experienced a significant sense of relief. It had become clear that I had received personal, caring, professional attention. I was confident that he had the experience, attitude, and expertise to restore my hearing and sense of well-being. I left knowing that my hearing problem had been fully addressed and that relief was on the way. My new hearing aids, without being obvious to others, can recognize and accommodate specific voices, such as my wife's, screen out peripheral and background noises, and at the same time eliminate that nagging sense of losing my cognitive ability to hear accurately and clearly. Thank you! I am so glad to have come to you for this care.

A representative from Miracle Ear by the name of Zach Bennett sent the most condescending email in response to my imploring this company to change its business practices and stop preying on the elderly. Long story shortened, my 88 year old mother was lured in, like others have, to Miracle ear by a misleading advertise and strong-armed into financing - on a limited fixed income - over $6,000 worth of equipment that she can't even use. I contacted Miracle Ear to ask about some sort of resolution after finding out what happened. I was put off repeatedly, assured that someone would look into this situation and there would be resolution. Finally, I received a bizarrely and unprofessionally worded email from their representative. My reply to Zach's email was sent on March 12th, the same date as his email to me. I've gotten no reply back, nor has there been any resolution with my mother's situation. I hope that someone from Miracle Ear decides to surprise me and do the right thing, but I'm not counting on it.
