They were very helpful and was able to answer any and all my questions. Went through all the details with the hearing aids how to use the apps and how to download and did all the programming. Excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, excellent (free) follow up for any tweaking or repair of aids. In house audiogram, loaners and a 75 day return policy build confidence in the aid you need. I wasn't paid for this, I've been a customer for years. Tried Costco because they are a bit cheaper, went straight back to Advanced Hearing Aid.

went in for a free hearing test. needed hearing aids, the (dr) did a whole sales pitch for the siemens brand multi channel "best in the world" for $4200 per pair. i went on my smart phone looked up precision hearing aids. told him the same thing was $1900 cheaper per pair he got mad and told me how he is obligated to sell this brand for this price. i left with my free prescription. got them online for wayyyyyyy less. 2 years later no problems. precision hearing online. google it. you will not be sorry. hearing aid stores are a HUGE scam. dont get sucked in by these used care salesmen (doctors)....... btw. i've been buying my rechargeable 312 size batteries online also. $90 at this shop. $20 on ebay. if your hearing aids need reprogrammed go to a local shop and tell them you moved from out of town. don't let these scammers get the best of you.
