I was very pleased with the professionalism and technical knowledge of the staff at Audiology Professionals. They went out of their way to ensure everything was done right and that I was fully satisfied with my new hearing aids. Dr Ford did a very thorough audiology test and then made sure the new hearing aids were fitted and tuned correctly. I could not have asked for a better visit or better, more comfortable hearing aids. Everything was flawless from start to finish.

Through negligence on my own part, I lost the pair of new Oticon hearing aids that I had purchased from Audiology Professionals a month earlier. They are some 370 miles from my home but they were wonderful in their concern, their caring, the time and effort that they expended on my behalf to replace my hearing aids. I cannot speak highly enough of the way they support me after the sale.

What a relief to find audiologists you can count on and trust. When I moved my elderly mother here from Medford, Dr . Donna Hill worked to maximize my mom's hearing during what was a very challenging time. Dr. Hill patiently explained and took the time to get to know her, work with her in such a way that my mom felt comfortable and confident she was getting the best care. That is not always easy to fine!

The staff is great professional and personal. The provided a free hearing check to see how you're doing with no hidden agenda. they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his staff.

Courteous staff and doctors that are listening. I have pretty bad tinnitus with moderate hearing loss. Even though they it is not treatable they gave me a few options to investigate. Location is convenient as well, as it is right next to the bike path. I wish their hearing aids were cheaper, but it is understandable that they can not compete with big chain stores. On the other hand, you will likely get more TLC for extra price.
