Mark Zarrella and his staff have given me great, professional service. I have profound hearing issues. Their testing was more thorough than I had with other audiologist offices. They found the right hearing aid for me, worked with me to get and keep them set correctly, and arrange financing that worked well. Most recently Mark help me choose a accessory that allows me to hear tv though my hearing aids and connects with Bluetooth through my phone. Every step of the way way Mark has gone above and beyond to insure I have the right solution for my hearing challenges.

I met Mark Zarrella about 10 years ago when my lack off hearing was affecting my daily life and work. My job as a research scientist required me to attend classes/seminars and meetings. After a comprehensive exam Mark knew exactly what to do. He totally understood my situation and immediately provided me with answers. Through the years Mark has had my aids upgraded at exactly the right times. He is patient and understanding and always meets me with a smile. Mark makes me feel comfortable with my loss and not ashamed. I still have some trouble hearing some people but I cannot imagine what my life would be like without Mark Zarrella and my Beltone devices.

I've been using Beltone Hearing Instruments for almost 2 decades now. My hearing loss started at a young age and the folks at Beltone have changed my life immensely! Mark Zarrella has been my Hearing Aid Specialist for many years. Words can't express what a wonderful and professional person he is. Any time I need an adjustment, have a question or just need batteries, he fits me right into his schedule without any hesitation. If you are thinking about new hearing instruments or just want to get your hearing tested, I highly recommend Mark at Beltone. He's terrific!

I brought my 84 year old mom into Dr. Mark Zarella a month and half ago because her hearing loss had become so bad she was having trouble understanding me even if she could hear some of what I was saying. After testing her he determined he could help. His professionalism and kindness in dealing with my mom was so wonderful that I would recommend him to everyone. We've gone back for follow-ups and adjustments and each time she has improved. His knowledge in this field is superb! Thanks Dr. Mark for helping my mom! Synda Beron

After many years of struggling with hearing loss and difficulty finding solutions that were right for me, I turned to Beltone New England and Mark Zarrella. Adapting to life with hearing devices after struggling for so many years can be alternately liberating and frustrating yet Mark ensured a smooth transition. He has been a constant source of support ever since, as well. The devices themselves allow me to communicate effectively at home, at work and in social situations. In addition to my hearing devices I have also used other Beltone assistive devices which allow me to hear with more clarity in large meetings. Mark is very knowledgeable and always available by phone or in his office for issues I may need addressed. He has also cared enough to take the extra steps of screening my three children annually. It is with complete confidence that I recommend our friend Mark Zarrella and Beltone New England!
