I love the Narragansett office. The staff is very professional, personable, and organized. Alyssa is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the different products. She also always takes her time to answer all of my questions. Keep up the good work Narragansett, Beltone! I will continue to come here for services.

Since moving to South County ,I’ve been coming to the Narragansett office for 5 years. The staff is always professional, accommodating and very friendly! Michaela is very knowledgeable about the products and takes her time when I have my appointment. She asks if I have any concerns or issues and answers any questions I have. Julie, the receptionist, always greets me with a smile. She is very organize with appointments and scheduling. My appointments are always on time which I appreciate. I highly recommend this office and Beltone products. Beltone seems to be ahead of other company’s with new products.

I purchased my hearing aids 6 years ago and have had nothing but professional service from a number of different Beltone technicians over the years. The other Beltone staff and receptionist have always been pleasant and helpful in both the Narragansett and Warwick locations. I have had to make modifications to software and hardware from time to time and always found everyone there to be very supportive and accommodating. They get 5 stars from me.

The employees at Beltone Narragansett in the Salt Pond Shopping Center are always helpful, cordial and friendly, especially the receptionist, Julie. Julie has a very clear voice (no, I don't mean loud). I can always understand her even on my cell-phone, without my hearing aids in. I am very satisfied with the professionalism and the treatment I've gotten there. They have even offered me coffee or water when I come in for an appointment.

After years and years of not hearing well and fighting the VA to get hearing aids, I finally found an office and Audiologists who understood my dilemma and gave me a great deal of help and information. They are unbelievably knowledgeable yes, but more than that they validated how I was feeling and dealing with my hearing loss. They asked me all the right questions. Performed all the right tests and found the best hearing aid solution for my hearing loss. They even went a step beyond and had my wife come in to the office the day I got my hearing and recorded her normal speech tone and patterns and then adapted my hearing aids not only to her voice but to other conditions too. Those conditions were for places like restaurants, movie theaters etc. I can now tap my hearing aids and get crystal clear reception and understating of all things going on around me. So, KUDOS to audiologists for a job well DONE – Mark, Marisa and Melisa. Kudos also go out the receptionist (Julie) who keeps me on time for my appointments. Great friendly staff who always treat me as a valued customer.
