The team at Beaufort Audiology (Monica and Pamela) are outstanding! Their facility is fully equipped to test your hearing, prescribe the right hearing aid solution and provide follow-on adjustments and service. One of the key features and benefits is that most follow-up visits and any adjustments are usually not charged (unlike many other providers and big box stores). Yes, you may pay more for the initial set of hearing aids, but not being charged for any adjustments or tuning certainly makes up for the initial price. I highly recommend them for all aspects of your hearing challenges!

Dr. Wiser has been my audiologist since 2013. I have been wearing hearings aids since 1958 and Dr. Wiser is unquestionably the best audiologist I have ever had. She researches the latest technology to provide optimum care for her patients. Her warm and delightful personality as well as her tremendous patience make it a pleasure to work with her. If you are looking for the best in professional and courteous service for your hearing aid needs, Dr. Wiser is tops in my book.

Approximately 5 years ago I started having "ringing in the ears" and one or two occasions of dizziness, ie, vertigo symptoms. I went to a local ENT doctor. I was then referred to doctors at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, MUSC in Charleston, SC, and the Georgia Ear Institute in Savannah. NO real help in helping me hear spoken words better. As a financial services professional and having to be able to hear clients clearly, I was very concerned about my hearing loss and inability to understand what was said to me in meetings and conferences. After much testing and conferences I was at last diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, an inner ear problem with no cure, at the Georgia Ear Institute in Savannah. I also decided to contact Monica Wiser of Beaufort Audiology & Hearing Care in Beaufort, SC. I knew Monica was a professional audiologist, had had "hearing loss since she was a child", and thought if anyone could understand someone with a hearing loss she would. IT IS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE ABOUT MY TREATMENT FOR HEARING LOSS AND PROFESSIONAL HELP! Monica Wiser first did a hearing test and then discussed hearing aids and follow-up treatments. I bought the Phonak Cros product with aids in both ears. My hearing with these instruments has greatly increased my ability to understand conversations, words spoken in meetings, client conferences, Chamber of Commerce functions, and church gatherings. The follow-up service and consultations I have received from Monica Wiser and her staff, on an ongoing basis, has been completely reassuring, professional, and often. She and her staff make me, as a patient of hers, feel as if I am her ONLY concern. Monica Wiser, I feel, is truly interested in me hearing as best as i possibly can now and in the future. I recommend Monica Wiser and Beaufort Audiology & Hearing Care to anyone for the BEST CARE if having a hearing loss. Elliott Beaufort, SC
