The level of knowledge of hearing is amazing. The quality of the time spent with patients is great. The entire office staff is exceptional. I am so happy with my ability to not to be saying “What?” anymore and to be able to watch a movie on TV and hear what is said, that it is worth every penny. Dr. Gassert is so competent and patient with teaching you how to adapt to this new world of sound!!! If you have a hearing problem go to see them. It can change your life!

Dr. Kimberly Combs is extremely professional and personable. My hearing exam today was the most thorough testing I have ever had performed. Dr. Combs is very patient when she explains your hearing status and what your best options are for better hearing. Her entire Staff is genuinely interested in your hearing health. I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Care!

I found Advanced Hearing Care kind of my accident.......in talking with friends about my frustration with my mother's inability to hear, my friend looked up where to go and sent me the Advanced Hearing phone number. I called....talked with the wonderful and very accomodating front staff, got her an appointment in short order.......her primary care sent a referral of which Medicare covered the cost. She did not plan on walking out with a purchase, but indeed she did. It was like when a blind person can see.....not an understatement of her experience. Dr Combs was just wonderful in dealing with my mother with her kindness, patience and treated her like she still was in charge and had a say. The greatest gift to me is that I don't have to yell any more......but i know i am having hearing loss.....from years of yelling.....what an improvement in both of our lives.
