I’ve been purchasing chargeable batteries for my 90 year old mother’s hearing aids through Davis Audiology for a few years. The staff has always been friendly, professional and helpful. Recently, my mom required new hearing aids. Dr. Robertson was extremely thorough and patient with her during the hearing test and selected the model that would give her the best possible hearing results. Unfortunately, my mom wasn’t able to master the new hearing aids partially due to diminishing dexterity and partially because of her aversion to change. Upon contacting Dr. Robertson, she was understanding and sympathetic to the situation. She immediately make time to have my mom return to the office to remedy the issue by refitting her for a new set of hearing aids (which arrived promptly). Now my mom is wearing her new hearing aids every day with absolutely no problems. Working with Dr. Robertson and her staff has been such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them! It gives me such peace of mind to know they care and want the best for their patients.

I am new to Greenville, South Carolina and am very pleased with the service I have received from Davis Audiology. Maggie Robinson never seems rushed when I have an appointment with her and patiently educates me and answers all of my questions in detail. The office is aesthetically pleasing and feels very warm and inviting. Wait time is minimal and the receptionists are very cordial. With my new hearing aids I receive a lifetime supply of batteries and complimentary visits to the office. .

Very convenient location, easy to park and get in and out of. Clean, very inviting waiting area and offices. Entire organizatio from Doctors and to staff were very helpful and professional. Dr Robertson was very helpful with no selling. She allowed me to try several different types of hearing aids and made it possible for me to determine which one was best for my condition. Their all inclusive pricing schedule was a easily understood. A highly recommended Dr and organization.

Dr Robertson was so kind and patient! She made sure that my first experience with a hearing aid was an easy adjustment. I am thrilled with the care I was given and amazed at how much I was missing before my new hearing aid. We are new to the Greenville area and Dr Robertson was so welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Robertson and Davis Audiology. Thank you for the excellent care!
