I saw Dr Boxwell and I believe he is very smart and the first Dr that has really listened to my symptoms without trying to change them to fit a decision made prior to my visit. Which happens far too often in the medical profession. I had to wait longer than usual however it was definitely more than worth it!! I would recommend Dr. Boswell!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was terribly worried about the condition for which I visited them for. Dr Collins was very helpful in explaining how the body's anatomy works and what I should expect. Really put my mind at ease and prescribed what I needed to get me fixed up.

Worst experience in a doctor's office ever. I came from Anderson to drive here and they wasted 3 hrs of my time waiting about a month ago. Dr Boxwell may have spent 10 mins in the room with me for vertigo. He didn't look in my eyes, ears or throat. He tilted me back and asked if I was spinning and then prescribed me pills. He ordered no tests and did no labs nor check any other symptoms. He gave me anxiety meds for my vertigo which I later found out was not linked to any of it. I went back to my primary dr and has ordered tests and found the root of the problem. Anyways, so after this appointment I had a follow up with him that I had to cancel the day of. I cancelled because my daughter has a swollen infected eye and I needed to get her in to see our primary doctor. I call them to cancel and they tell me since it wasn't 24 hrs I have a no show fee. I gave them a 3 hr notice. I explained the whole situation about my daughter is more urgent and I need to take her in right away and I have to drive from Anderson to hartwell for our pcm and their office is in Seneca. They did not care. Not good quality of staff or doctors. I feel I went to this dr for help and he just shoved medicines down my throat (which didn't help). Also the staff just cares about their appt fee. Not well being.

Very good place. Doctors, nurses, and staff are all good. Especially Dr. Collins.
