My son has had a lot of hearing tests and has been seen by many different hearing aid specialists. But none have been as kind to him as Timpanogos Hearing and Balance. They do not get frustrated with him when trying to communicate to him without his hearing aids. He’s had some doctors that have been so unkind. It really stands out the level of professionalism and care that they give to their patients. I’m also very impressed with the level of knowledge they have about most any questions we have regarding the proper care of his ears. It is so helpful and never comes across as us feeling foolish for not knowing. They are easy to work with when needing an appointment and when we’ve been in a bind about needing a new ear mold. I feel that we can communicate openly with them regarding financial issues when needing to order new molds, and the staff is very kind and helpful in helping us to meet our needs with what we can afford. I’m very grateful we found them and I recommend them very highly to anyone!

Been a customer for many years and it still amazes me the level of technology and the knowledge Timpanogos Hearing has related to my hearing loss. I went in because I really thought I had hearing problems. And I guess I don't. So they are very very honest unlike other places like this one. I would recommend this business to anyone that has hearing problems. They are all so nice. U even have a mini fridge with water and soda. This place is awesome.

I highly recommend Timpanogos Hearing and Balance to anyone who needs hearing aids. whether it is for a first pair or a replacement pair the doctors are very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the right solution for your needs. They offer all the best technology at fair prices. I was very happy that we received a warranty with our purchase as I learned the hard way that not all companies do. Believe me when you spend money on something like this you want that reassurance that is offered by a warranty. I have also saved literally HUNDREDS of dollars with their replacement battery program. They provide excellent training on proper use and care of your hearing aids. All the staff is friendly and helpful and I have been impressed by how they know me by name. I always have loved how good they are with working with special needs individuals and take the time to make sure they are comfortable and are able to provide the best service possible.

I had been experiencing headaches, dizziness, and some rather disconcerting hearing issues where my hearing would cut out. I went to another "audiologist" where they basically told me I had a deviated septum in my nasal passages and that was what was causing my issues. They tried to schedule me for surgery but I declined. After reading reviews online about this place I decided to try it. I was EXTREMELY impressed. I saw Dr. Sparrow, and he was informative, patient, and extremely thorough in his work. I felt like he really cared and that he was very knowledgeable. He performed a battery of hearing and balance tests and helped me feel so much better about my situation. He didn't dismiss or talk lightly of any of my concerns or questions, and listened carefully to everything I said. I can't recommend this place enough. They do amazing work and are extremely kind. Dr. Sparrow helped me feel so much better about everything and suggested a few things I could do to improve my situation, and after following his advice (mostly it was to try and manage stress better, not have as much screen time, etc) I do feel a marked difference. Even though it may seem simple, it meant a great deal to me that Dr. Sparrow was kind and considered so many different possibilities.
