I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service and genuine caring staff at My Hearing Centers, Provo office. I first attended one of their introduction dinners and was quite skeptical as I already had hearing aids. I was just interested in learning more about hearing loss. I did learn a lot and agreed to the free evaluation. From the minute I walked into the office, I felt welcome and never once felt pressured to purchase new hearing aids. I made that decision myself after learning about all the newer technology since my current hearing aids were purchased four years ago. I was amazed at the new ones. My Hearing Centers genuinely cares as they have had me return three times--every two weeks--to fine tune and make sure my devices are customized to my needs. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers--you won't be disappointed in the least!

Brought my grandpa here thinking he needed new hearing aids since the ones he has are a little old. Mike took the time to clean his hearing aids and cleaned his ears out and he could hear like they were new! Most places would take that opportunity to push new ones on the customer and Mike put no pressure on him whatsoever. Mike was so nice and took his time with us. My grandpa is a hard person to please and he was so happy. We will be back for sure!
