My 87 year old mother has worn hearing aids for several years but we noticed recently that she was not hearing or responding as well as we would hope for. She now has dementia and has short term memory loss. She would often take the hearing aids out, set them down somewhere, forgetting where she put them, and eventually started forgetting that she even wore them and wouldn't put the hearing aids in at all. I wanted to find better, more effective hearing aids, ones that would help her to hear and feel like she was a part of her surroundings, and also hopefully delay the dementia if possible. She needed hearing aids that she wouldn't have to remember to put into her ears, worry about batteries, or lose. I saw an advertisement for the Lyric hearing aid in the news paper. The one month trial period was wonderful! She heard better! She engaged in conversations again! We were enjoying having mom with us again. She has now been wearing the Lyrics for about three months. Other than having one hearing aid fall out of her ear, but I was quickly able to get her into the office and another hearing aid was put in her ear, I have been very satisfied and pleased with these hearing aids and those that have worked directly with my mother and I at the Provo Office.

I've had several sets of hearing aids. This one is the best i have found for clearer sound and reduction of background noise. The office people are also outstanding. Bennett is always anxious to make things better and is patient with my questions. He knows the equipment and he is professional in getting good results for me.

I was a bit skeptical going into this, thinking they would just want to sell me hearing aids after having told me my hearing was horrible. Ben Chargo did the opposite: told me my hearing was fine and that I did NOT need hearing aids—I just needed to get a $1.00 bottle of hydrogen peroxide and use a 50/50 solution to clean out some very compacted ear Wax. So I thought Ben was extremely knowledgeable and also honest. He also took the time to explain several aspects of human hearing. It was absolutely fascinating and Ben is a great communicator who completely knows his stuff.

I am in my 60's and my hearing is not what it use to be. Luckily I answered a advertisement and got an appointment with Ben. Ben was Great to work with; and I am not that easy to satisfy. Ben was patient and answered all my question and worked endlessly until he had the perfect fit and balance for my hearing issue. I would recommend Ben to anyone who is looking for better hearing. My hearing aids are the greatest, it surprised me at how much I was really missing. I was missing not only conversations and television but nature sounds, crickets, birds, and other subtle sounds.
