I have explored hearing aids with a number of different companies. I found the staff at Pure Hearing very knowledgeable, willing to teach and share information, worked to make sure every aspect of the aids were appropriate for my needs, and their prices cannot be beat. I am more than satisfied and pleased with my experience with them and their products, and would recommend them highly to anyone!

Grandma is always so pleased with the service here! Technology is outstanding and Jordan is awesome! She has had the hearing aid for 6 years and is thrilled to be able to hear children, grandchildren and great-grand children. When any adjustments are needed she can get right in.

Pure Hearing is hands down the best place to go for hearing aids. Their knowledgeable and helpful staff make you feel like family. Jordan and Jane are the best!

I rated Pure Hearing a 5 for one simple reason - - they are EXCELLENT! Before going to Pure Hearing I tried other hearing aid businesses- never really satisfied with the examination, encouragement, assistance, compassion, proficiency or prices. From the very first visit at Pure Hearing I finally felt someone cares about me, a person who needs help with my hearing loss - not just another client. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, trustworthy, compassionate and benevolent. I honestly believe they have the best prices in the state. Don’t take my word for it, give Jordan and Jane at Pure Hearing a try and I trust you will agree.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Up front about costs and benefits of their services and products. Low pressure sales. Even though I decided to go elsewhere due to the distance from my home to their location, they were pleasant, understanding, and great to work with. If I lived closer to the location, I would have used them for my hearing aid. A+++ service.
