I can't say enough good things about Dave and the way he runs this business. A lot of my friends have had bad experiences with hearing aid specialists, but the way they treat me here makes me want to invite everyone to come in! Even the secretary has been great to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My mother went in for the free hearing test . The woman Summer Chainey. 7ingaged my mother in conversation, occasionally explaining the hearing test, she complained about her back etc. As the appointment progresses she asks for social security number and enters info into a computer, talking about local people, has my mom sign a paper then tells her the cost. My mother told her "I can't afford that, I need to look around" Summer than tells her she signed a contract and has to pay $5500.0 my mother again told her no. Summer told her she needed to get a fitting and would need to return them to get money back. Reviews show the credit company will not refund for hearing aids, not their products. Mom called the office and left message that day as no one will answer. She did not want them. Summer stated my mom had to get them so she could close the contract. There are laws protecting contracts and elderly abuse and pressure. Be aware of this company.said it was resolved, never answered phone.

I had a wonderful experience with this company the whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have went to my clients home and fixed hearing aides and cleaned them for my clients along with giving education. The hearing aids they have supplied some of my clients with have been very nice and my clients love them.
