My husband was the one that received the hearing aids. First we were so happy with the friendly person that was there to help us. She explained everything so we both understood. My husband is really enjoying being able to hear much better and I AM SO happy that I don't have to yell. We invested in the remote and it has been so nice for him to adjust to what ever situation he is in.

Was hesitant to go through this process, but at my daughter's bidding, I went to see about it. I knew I could not afford to do this, but after trying the hearing aids out, and with the help of the Agent, I was able to find a way, to go through with this. Roshael (sp) was extremely warm and kind, and explained things in a knowledgeable and clear way, and took patience and care in answering my questions. She made the experience extremely enjoyable, and her sense of humor, was an added bonus! The hearing aids opened up a whole new world to me, allowing me to hear sounds I never knew existed. I am still dealing with hearing conversations, and understanding certain words, but that will come in time.....

Rachell is truly great to deal with. Has my hearing aides working just great and always makes time to check something if I need. Would recommend her to everyone.

We love the audiologist she treats us like family and truly cares whether mom likes her hearing aides and if they work for her. We have already referred a very close family friend to her. All professional care providers could learn from the services we have received.
