If I were 40 years younger I would be chasing Eric down the hallways and take him home with me regardless of what his wife says. Even if I don't have a problem, I make an excuse to come in and see him. Kim also gives the best hugs, she always greets me with a smile. A wonderful office. I might be old, but I am not dead yet!

Eric was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure that the questions I had were answered thoroughly and that I understood the functions of the hearing aid. I never felt rushed or hurried doing our appointments. Eric is very passionate about having his clients feel comfortable with the devices and use them for the maximum benefits.

Kathleen is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and pleasant. I have an extensive knowledge of sound and audio matters and she was able to converse with me in ways which displayed the depth of her knowledge. I purchased hearing aids from her and, after the expected series of re-programmings, they are now thoroughly satisfactory. She was very patient with my need to have them adjusted to my needs and lifestyle. I am able to recommend Kathleen and Live Better Hearing to anyone who is in need of hearing aids.

Am very satisfied with the way Eric has treated me over the past 10 years. He has always taking care of my problems if I have any and I would recommend him to anyone if they needed hearing aids. And I have referred several people to Eric over the years.

A recent incident prompts this review. Concerned that I had difficulty hearing with my hearing aids volume set as high as possible. I called Eric's office and was offered an appointment that day. In less than thirty minutes, Eric had solved the problem and we were on our way. Service, you bet, is the very best, and always with a smile from Kim. Always willing to help.
