My father only agreed to have his hearing tested when We found Hearing at Home. There was no obligation, and the test was done in the privacy of his home. Jimmy put a trial hearing aid with his prescription on him and my father could hear someone speaking from behind him! His hearing aids came within a week, were very reasonably priced, and were state of the art!! My father has transitioned beautifully and Jimmy and his team have been available with answers to questions every step of the way! Even after my father decided to move to another town, Jimmy has continued to serve his needs! Mobile services for hearing is the only way my father would be convinced to get his hearing tested and now he is reaping so many benefits of life!! When you can’t hear your life shrinks!! We are so grateful to Hearing at Home!

As a geriatric care manager I know the importance of having a knowledgeable hearing specialist who is personally sensitive to the needs of their client. Jimmy is all that, so I felt comfortable turning to him to test my own hearing. Having developed his innovative model of in-home service, Jimmy came right to our home and tested my hearing in my natural environment. When we discovered I do have hearing loss, he was able to immediately give me access to hearing aids to try. What a difference in my hearing! I had no idea what I was missing until I tried the devices. Since using the hearing aids I feel more refreshed, energetic, and optimistic; I never realized the energy my poor brain was expending to distinguish sounds and make sense of them. Jimmy also set up a snazzy Bluetooth device that allows me to take and receive calls and listen to audio books, GPS, etc. right through my hearing aids! All the kids will want one! I'm in my early fifties and didn't expect to have hearing loss at this time in my life. But I know studies show that hearing loss has been linked to future cognitive loss. The cost of the hearing aids is tiny in comparison to the value of protecting my brain for the future. I'm grateful Jimmy and Hearing at Home for being people with skill and integrity offering a service of such impact and importance - for both my clients and myself.

Home Mobile Hearing Center is set up to make house calls workable and cost-effective. My 94 year old father already had decent working hearing aids and a very good audiologist when Mr. Stewart came by the first time for a free visit. But when your hearing is really bad, you always hope for something better, and Dad was willing to try most anything. How could I discourage that quest? To be clear, he actually, he has a hearing aid in one ear and a transmitter in the other ear, which is essentially deaf. Mr. Stewart had the tenacity a hound chasing a rabbit, making return visits when necessary. He found a dual system from another company that worked better with Dad's specific type of hearing loss. Stewart's availability did not end after the hearing aid was purchased. A few months later the hearing aid went dead. We thought it probably needed to be returned to the factory. Dad is in an assisted living facility, and he could scarcely carry on a conversation with staff and other residents without a hearing aid. Stewart fixed the problem with a quick turn-around. It turned out to be nothing but a broken wire. We couldn't possibly ask for more.

My girlfriend was concerned that I might have hearing loss, so we invited Jimmy Stewart of Hearing at Home to my house to test my hearing. Jimmy was great and it was very comfortable and convenient to do the testing at home and on my schedule. Jimmy determined that my hearing is very good - no need for hearing aids! But he noticed a condition that should be checked by a doctor to prevent hearing problems in the future. He also gave me tips on how to handle the hearing fatigue that I may be encountering since I am on conference calls all day for work. And all this for no charge! I was impressed by the company's expertise, integrity, and honesty and recommend them to others who are curious about ways to improve or protect their hearing.

Jimmy Stewart with Hearing at Home is kind, professional and truly makes you feel at ease pertaining to something so big as losing your hearing. Jimmy came to our home; gave me a hearing test right in my kitchen and discussed my hearing aid options thoroughly. He even left me with a top of the line pair to adjust to. I was amazed at all of the things I was missing out on. I could hear my phone ring in another room in the house. I could hear people whispering. I could finally listen to a movie and actually enjoy it without straining to understand the dialogue. Jimmy followed up with me numerous times to help me get adjusted and I have been so appreciative of his expertise. As someone in their 20's with a congenital hearing loss this was something I had denied for a long time. Jimmy made this the easiest process and was truly interested in my well being!
