My Aunt is 91 years old and couldn’t hear anything. We went into the office they were very nice to us cleaned both old and new hearing aid and best of all she came out smiling because she could hear again Tiffany is the sweetest person for older people. My Aunt loves her. Thank you Beltone and Tiffany for letting my Aunt hear again.!!!!

I am a 72 year woman who lost all hearing in my right ear at age 5 due to meningitis. Hearing in my left ear declined as I got older so I was fitted for an aid for that ear. Tiffany Jenkins told me about cross over system which picks up sound on my deaf side and transfers it to the aid on my "good" side. What a tremendous difference this has made in my life! After 67 years, I can now "hear" with both ears. I have gotten teary eyed more than once since getting these aids. Thank you Tiffany for convincing me to try this system! I would never have known what help was available to me without your encouraging me to just give it a try. Also, the lady who works in your front office {Rhonda Scot} is so sweet and pleasant. She always has a sweet smile and cheerful demeanor. Bottom line is that I am tickled to death with my cross over system and the whole team at Beckley office!

I completely lost my hearing in one ear and 60% of the other in November of 2017 and was completely devastated. I will never forget the professionalism, kindness, expertise and direction Tiffany Jenkins and her staff have shown me throughout this ordeal. I proudly can say that through Tiffany’s efforts and direction She turned this tragic event into one of the happiest days of my life when she installed my new Belltone Hearing aids ... I will forever be grateful ....Thank you and bless you Tiffany Jenkins

I did not realize I had hearing loss until I went to Beltone! Tiffany Jenkins the HCP was very thorough , made you feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable and helpful! I got a pair of hearing aids and I didn't realize what I had been missing!!! I couldn't even hear a wall clock that was right next to me!! Beltone has been a blessing in my life!! I can hear clearly now and feel more comfortable in crowds and at home because I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves and read lips!! I highly recommend them to anyone even if you don't think you have hearing loss! You could be like me and not realize it. You don't have anything to lose but everything to gain!!!

They will rip you off and try to over sell every product they carry. They are not a true audiologist.
