Ummh... the last post was made by the same person that reviewed the Richmond office. I was seen at the Colonial Heights office for a same day again I have been a long time patient with the office and I have always gotten great service. I was recently diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, and it would have gone unnoticed if my hearing test had been dismissed as just hearing loss. Due to the abnormality of my hearing test the audiologist recommended I have an MRI done. Because of her experience and quality of care, she saved my life! I cannot thank her enough.I would refer anyone to this office to include all of my family and friends. -Sunni

Dr. Lewis is always extremely polite, and makes sure you understand all you need to know before you leave the office. She also will tell you what to expect if you have any problems or need service.

The front help (staff) and the office manager at the Colonial Heights location provides horrible customer service. They are in desperate need of extensive training on how to speak to future clients. It caused me to cancel my appointment.
