She is very rude and all she does is brag and she is not professional and she gives out confidential information. Please be aware and so not go here. That's my opinion and everyone has one. That what make the world go around.

I just wanted to thank Dr.Brown for the help she has given me to be able to hear the best I have in many years. I finally made the decision to have my hearing checked after not being able to communicate with my family like I wanted too. She did a thorough exam and was able to explain my current hearing level and what I could be hearing with the help of hearing aids. She was kind, professional, and compassionate all along the way. She even perfectly matched the hearing aids to my hair color so they are not even noticeable, that was a nice touch!

Dr. Brown is an oustanding physician, overseeing my mothers care. Dr. Brown is very kind, patient, understanding, and thorough with my mom, as she has dementia. I would not trust another audiologist with my mom's care, we have been going to see Dr. Brown for years now, and just love her fun upbeat personality.

Dr. Brown is an audiologist I have known and worked with for over 10 years. In that time I have referred numerous people to her and they always report how happy they are with her care. It's a bonus to have a Wilkes County native return to serve the needs of her hometown.

My father has seen Dr.Brown for several years for his hearing aids. We followed her from when she worked in Elkin to her office in North Wilkesboro. She has been very helpful when we have any questions and a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased new hearing aids from her office after he had the others for several years and wanted to upgrade. He loves them! Dad always enjoys his visits to her office.
