Excellent care all around. They really care for the patient and their overall experience. The audiologist is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and patient. They always make sure to stay in touch by calling us back and reminding us of our appointment times.

Writing a new review since Gore is no longer at this location. Melanie Hecker is now the primary point of contact at this site! Melanie Hecker is AMAZING. She is literally, one of the best audiologists I've ever had. Melanie is kind, listens and is very patient. She dealt with my hearing aid fitting issues (which has not been an easy road!) with professionalism and poise. It's also nice going to someone that cares about their patients, and it's not just about the financial aspect. Need new hearing aids? Melanie will hook you up with the best option for you. You won't regret it! :)

I had hearing loss and hearing aids on both ears. So I visited HRC and Dr Melanie made a thorough check. She was good and professional. She calibrated the instruments accordingly. I am pleased with the work done.

Just like other reviews Caroline took her time with me and explained everything thoroughly. They also took care of all the insurance paperwork. I am happy I choose this office.
