Mary Rauth is a former Geriatric RN who fine-tuned my hearing aids to significantly improve my ability to understand others. She always has a smile and helpful personality - a great combination with her technical skill to understand what I needed most. Gold star! Highly recommended!

Just the best! Very knowledgeable and offering the highest quality Hearing instruments! Just ask Penny, who is the Customer Service Specialist who answers all your questions! I learned about the Com-Pilot device for listening to my TV- as loud as I want- even with mute on screen!!! Never pressure- just knowledge!! Also the Battery Club- saves me lots of dollars!! You rock Penny! Just love my Phonak aids! A+++Quality!! Thank you! Jane Mohr
