They are always so great to my 90 year old great grand-mother!

My son was seen here and they did an awesome job. He had tonsils and adenoids removed. Staff and the doc were awesome, friendly and understanding. They addressed all our concerns and followed up by calling us the day after surgery (which can be common but it's still nice for them to call in case you're too busy to call them with concerns).

Audiology is great. They really invest a lot. And Dr. Olds and Kami Fehlig are two great physicians that have your best interest in mind.

I was told by Dr. Mitchell at the Cataldo office that he would remove a tumor at the roof of my mouth through Project Access. This all started Oct of 2012. I was approved and went to see him. He promised to do the surgery for me at no cost to me because I can not afford it. He gave me a few things to do before hand, and I did them, I called his office with info that all was complete. The office kept putting me off. I called the office several times. Finally got an appointment, but he delayed it all again. I waited and waited. Finally had to renew Public Access again to see him. He made more excuses, and I waited and waited again. Finally got another apointment, and he promised again to do the surgery. But now, they do not accept Project Access because of the Ombama Care Health Care. They set an appointment up for me to see him again and he said he did not care about his payment. But they billed me ahead and said they wanted $1341 for doctor bill alone, $600 a week before surgery and the rest in 4 monts, auto take out of bank, I still can not get my surgery.... it was set for Mar 28, 2014 I can not afford that, that is Dr Mitchell's bill alone, not anyone else involved with the case. or the hospital. I am very very angry with what happened, here it is March 2014, and I can not have my surgery. If he would have done what he promised I would of had surgery over a year ago. I have dealt with this office for 23 years because my son was born hearing imparied and had all his stuff done with that office. And I had always been pleased with the service my family recieved. I do not belive in Dr. Mitchell at all now, and I have to go to another company now and start all over again. Karoline Rima March 17. 2014
