My experience at Medical Hearing Assoc., LTD was awesome. They are a one stop shop being able to check your ears and clean if necessary, they can do a complete check on your hearing in their sound proof booth, and they can fit you with numerous different kinds of hearing aids. You can try one of their demos for a short time to see how it works and then try another if you want. They can fix most problems right on sight. Every one is very courteous and helpful. It is handicap accessible with an elevator to get to the lower level.

I had an outstanding experience with Medical Hearing Associates and Dr. Haasch. I was helping my [low income] Mother start using a lot of new technology to assist with her hearing (hearing aids, Bluetooth "Streamer" and related components). Dr. Haasch was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. Initially she did all the heavy lifting to identify and order the necessary equipment while her staff made sure that all of it would be covered through the various subsidies for low income patients. Then, Dr. Haasch spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me after the initial appointment with my mother (I wasn't there) to explain the tech solutions and how the rest of the process would unfold as well as suggest other potential hearing related benefits my mother might be eligible for. Finally, once all the equipment had arrived, Dr. Haasch spent over an hour with both of us in her office getting it all setup and walking us through the operation of the equipment. I can't recall a face to face customer experience this positive in terms of one on one time with an expert, obtaining equipment, quality of product and ease of use, in any line of business, much less in the medical field! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Haasch and her Staff to anyone that might benefit from their services...this business is a rare find!
