We recently bought a truck from Denny Andrews and were fortunate to have had Jared as our salesman. He was quite knowledgeable and helped make our purchase go smoothly. He is one of the best salesmen we have ever come across. On our second trip in to the city to have some extra features added, he even gave us a ride to where we wanted to go because the shuttle wasn't running for another hour. Highly recommend working with him on your next purchase.

I recently made the decision to leave a Ford Dealership on the St. Albert Trail as I've not had good luck with sales or service there (regardless of antics like spin the wheel or win a trip to Vegas). I AM GLAD I DID!! I have had my vehicle into Denny Andrews a couple of times and I have only wonderful things to say about the staff in the service department. Robin is amazing, accommodating, polite, kind and from what I've witness, efficient. I would recommend service at Denny Andrews as the staff (and Hugh the shuttle driver) are great people.

Bought a truck here, was issues with setting up my payments. Salesman says there are power seats when there is just driver side power seat. So far I love the truck but will probably go elsewhere to buy the next one. Feel like they are most interested in the sale and when you sign on the dotted line their attention wanes. Have gone twice to their "parts installers" for quotes (leveling kit and spray in liner ) to add onto my truck still haven't received one.

Amazing service staff!! Brought in our truck as it was acting up on the highway while we were pulling our trailer out for the May long weekend. It needed a new throttle. They didn’t have the part but drove out to another ford to get it and fixed it on the spot in minutes! Didn’t even have to unhook our trailer! Long weekend was saved thanks to them ! Will definitely be purchasing our next Ford from them!

I highly recommend this Ford Dealership. I just bought a Ford Escape on Monday and had a very pleasant and memorable experience. The Salesperson Eric was so knowledgeable and patient. His Manager Joe was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. I have always dreaded buying a car but no longer after all the people at Denny Andrews Ford. I met Eric and Joe from the Sales department and then Debbie from Finance and maintenance. I was also introduced to Colin the Shop Forman and Mike the Shop Manager. Very impressed that these knowledgeable and very pleasant people will be looking after my Escape in the future for maintenance and repair. When I picked up my Escape the detailing that was done was excellent. It was obvious they wanted you to be completely satisfied.
