Amazing customer service. I came in and was debating if I should get into a newer vehicle. The sales representative named Richie was extremely generous and wasn’t pushy at all! He showed me different options I could do but. I came to the conclusion that I wasn’t ready for a vehicle. He respected my decision and told me to see him when I was ready. Amazing guy and I would definitely buy off him when I’m ready

I was shopping around for a pre owned car. Had been denied 2x by other dealerships because of my low credit score. And then i found these guys. Got in touch with Adrian and got me a newer model with lower milage and higher trim had my test drive, gave me updates everyday and options to speed up the application and courtney was awesome at her job she gave a very detailed explanation and got me approved. Very welcoming. Thank you!

Very bad and dishonest dealership Please avoid them!!!. My story started with them ten days ago when I bought a pre-owned car (Hyundai Elantra 2012) in Christmas Holiday , the inspection they provided me was clear of any mechanical issues. on the day of delivery (2 days after finalizing the deal) I drove the car and suddenly the car turned off while it was on D-shift. I turned it on again and the same issue happened again. I texted Adrian (the person who finalized the deal) and he told me maybe you put the shift on the lowest gear (which wasn't the case actually!!!). I kept my eye on the issue and I started to hear ticking noise comes from the engine from the passenger side every time I accelerate. All of that happened during the first week of having the car. I googled the issue and I figured out it's a common issue in Elantra 2011 to 2018 that has engine 1.8 Liter. I came back to the dealership to discuss this problem with them and inform them I am not satisfied with car and I asked them to find me other options. They didn't help me with that and asked me to send my car to Hyundai for inspection and I will pay any fees required. I refused to go to Hyundai and I am about to escalate it and discuss with my lawyer to start a dispute with this dealership. I attached the bill of sale, mechanical fitness report and my chatting with Adrian.

One of the worst customer service i ever had. The staff was rude and have no communication skills. All these good reviews they have is probably from their own employees.
