I purchased a pre-owned Acura from Lexus of Edmonton Pre Owned Centre in mid 2015. They installed a command start for me as part of the purchase. Since I have owned the car, I have had some issues with the command start, and the guys at Lexus were quick to repair them. Unfortunately last month, my car broke down while we were out of town and it was finally determined that the command start was causing some electrical issues with the car. We could not drive it home and it had to be repaired at another dealership. I emailed Sebastian Lewin, who is one of the managers, to let him know what had happened. He was extremely quick to respond and I felt that he bent over backwards to make things right for us. Once my car made it back to Edmonton, with the old command start removed, he arranged to have my car picked up from my home and provided a brand new loaner Lexus for me to drive while a new command start was installed. They reimbursed me for the repairs (which were more than $1500.00) and brought my car back to my house clean. He was honest and up front with me and really made what was a very stressful situation as good as it could be. I appreciate all they did and can say that when I am looking to buy a new vehicle, they will be my first stop. I highly recommend them.
