You really can't fault anything here, no matter what the purpose of your visit. Looking for a vehicle, sales is on top of everything. Service, they'll take care of you every step of the way. Anything else, reception will point you in the right direction.

This is my first time to own a jaguar/range rover. Of all car dealers we have been and my husband dealt with, we found the best especially the salesman..SHAWN WARD who helped patiently from the beginning of the process up to the finish. But his service and dedication to his job did not stop there. Up to present we can call or text him whenever we find some problems with the car that we don't understand and with a flash, he gets back to us..We highly recommend him to anyone. He is the best..simply the BEST.

Let me tell YOU, future customers of Jaguar and Land Rover Edmonton...Mike Carapellucci IS YOUR GUY. Best experience I've ever had. This guy pretty much flushed his commission down the toilet to see an average customer happy, brought 4 vehicle for me to look at, worked very hard on getting me the payment I wanted to the exact dollar, probably lost 2 or more customers he had booked, in the 4 hours I was there and dealt with the management like a champ. Hats down for the patience this man had with a pain in the @ss customer I was. Keep in mind they sell luxury vehicles at this dealership...I went there for an older trade in they had...that I didn't qualify for but he made me feel like a million dollars when I left. There is no doubt in my mind I'm ever going at any other dealership. I want this dealership to sell me a vehicle when the time is right for me because I'll walk out knowing that I was a winner that day. I'll only buy from here PERIOD. The trade ins they have are "Ohhh My God" clean and looked after. Great team, great management and great experience at Jaguar and Land Rover Edmonton...I went to 7 dealerships that week and none compared to this one. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE, YOU WONT REGRET IT. I wish I could give 10 stars
