I don't usually write a review, however the purchase of my new Ram was seamless. It is refreshing to deal with a salesman that is upfront and transparent with the dealings and pricing on the vehicle. Service these days tends to be a forgotten art. It was effortless working with Tyler Bunz on the sale. Also Mark the Business Manager was excellent as well and didn't leave me feeling like i just got molested when you leave his office.

Super nice staff! Wonderful and friendly service with a warm welcome, nothing more to ask in this cold weather. I only came to change oil for my vehicle but I'm definitely comming back just because of the welcoming environment and staff.

Now that the only honest sales person is gone, no reason to shop here. I have been using grove dodge since 2008 when I got my first truck. No issues till 2012.. my first run in with the service department brand new 2012 ram 1500 with Racing stripes. I was going to be away on a vacation and not taking the truck. Booked in with service for recalls and for them to take it to get tint and the canopy and stripes on the canopy. My truck was at grove dodge for over 2 weeks and when I returned from my holiday to get the truck. It had only had the recalls done..... I took my truck home. I then found out that my canopy didn't lock anymore and that they scratched the truck from the recalls. They asked me to bring it back and they would have it done in a day. It was. then 2 years later I got a 2015 dodge 3500 orange with a lift kit. I took it in for some recalls and then when I went back to get the truck I noticed a dent on the hood side which looked to be where a mechanic put his/her knee to get up on the truck..... they told me they would fix it but that I would have to pay. I didn't pay. the girl behind the service desk had to get the manager and we had a long chat. since I had photos from when I dropped it off. I had issues before with service scratching my vehicles and me having to pay to get it fixed. spruce grove dodge is not worth the headache and now they have all the sales group calling people to update your information and telling you that the vehicle that you own has issues and you should bring it in... They must be hard up for sales since there is nothing wrong with my jeep or truck since I don't take it to spruce for my regular maintenance since they cant seem to get a oil change right. unfortunately spruce grove dodge will sell/service vehicles for many years since people don't read reviews or even ask to see what is include in the price of your vehicle. They hide numbers and don't give the whole picture. This is standard practice. Also the salesmen(All men) make any women feel dumb even though I know more about the vehicle I'm getting.

Great service. Had a problem with a tire constantly going soft. They fixed the problem right away and at no charge 🙂!! Certainly makes a hard working mom feel good. Thanks again!!

Purchased a vehicle in October, price was good but we will not return there for future purchases. Too many things promised only for them to take it back after purchased finalized. Having to fight to get what was promised. Too many errors in finance paperwork. Had to go back and resign loan documents because finance screwed up. Given paperwork for wrong vehicle from finance. Too many mistakes and my confidence in this dealership is shaken.
