Purchased a car today and are very happy with it. Cheryl (saleswoman extraordinaire) was wonderful to work with. Friendly, bubbly personality and well informed. Cheryl was the reason our sale was made. Shawn, the manager, was abrasive and condescending to his staff, Cheryl and us . He very nearly lost the sale. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but when you are dealing with a customer, and your staff has worked their butt off for the sale, using a condescending tone with staff and customer is not going to result in a positive way. An apology would have been much appreciated when we picked up our car today. I am hoping this was a one time incident. Our overall experience was very good, I would highly recommend to friends or family

Just picked up a 17 Expedition. Great value and great condition. Sean was easy to deal with and got me top dollar for my trade. Everything was transparent and as advertised. Thanks guys!

What a great deal! My name is Colin and we bought a Mini Cooper from here. They have a great selection and actually had 2 of the cars i wanted to look at the Fiat 500 and the Mini Cooper Clubman. Since my wife was in love with the Mini Cooper we took that one. We looked at Coopers at 5 dealerships that day and Alberta Truck and Auto was almost $1100 lower priced than anyone else and this car had almost 2000 less km than the cheapest car anywhere! The deal was quick and easy and they got me financing at a great rate too! We drove it home in about 2 hours! They don't have a big flashy showroom like some dealers but they have really friendly staff and a great selection of cars and the best price I could find in the whole city. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Alberta Truck and Auto for a great buying experience! Your customer Colin

The whole buying experience was awesome. No hassle, no sales pressure, just down to earth conversation about the vehicles I looked at. Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. .

Was an extremely enjoyable buying experience. Doug made us feel very comfortable, almost like we were family, Initially we had no intention of buying the vehicle we went with, but after talking to Doug and test driving the vehicle, we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend that, if you're in the market for a vehicle, you look here first. All the staff were very personable and helpful. Thank you for the GREAT service, Dale and Brenda
