2012 Grand Caravan had a P0301 code and we took to Great West to be repaired. They quoted $1200.00 for new plugs, cylinder #1 ignition coil replacement and fuel injector cleaning. I asked if they would just change the coil, as that was the main issue. I was then told that it was not the coil and it was the spark plugs. I again asked could you please just change the coil. They would not perform the service I asked for, so I took the car home. I went to a local parts store and bought a coil for $55.00 dollars and installed it myself. It took less than ten minutes to install and the van is running perfectly. I trust dealerships to perform only the necessary repairs but in truth their greed has shown its face here. I am disappointed as I thought this dealership valued it's customers. I am happy to pay for the necessary service for the car, as I value a mechanics expertise. I would caution you about this dealership and encourage you to look for another dealership or garage if your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge needs service.

Brought my Jeep here to get a back window fixed. Was told the parts are discontinued; they had it for two days and fit a wood board in my door to hold the window up which fell after a day. Took my boyfriend an hour to figure out what was actually wrong and to have the window up properly. Aside from that the service reception was fantastic. UPDATE: service manager called. He was professional and helpful; adjusted my feelings about the service department here. Will most likely return.

My family has purchased three vehicles from this location. As a first time buyer at the age of 18 I was super impressed with the help I received, I was able to stay exactly on my budget and they made sure of it. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted. They also let me test drive my vehicle for a good 5 hours which was super surprising and was very rewarding. My vehicle did end up having some minor issues with a sensor but that was fixed immediately and they did it at my own convenience. I would recommend them for first time buyers and for buyers looking for more than one vehicle.
