We purchased an RX 350 in the last week, and our experience with Andrew, Gill and Jillian was fantastic. There was never any hard sell, and despite the fact we changed our mind a few times over different models, Andrew was patient and accommodating. Honestly, the most painless car-buying experience ever. Super-happy with the new vehicle!

I recently had the most refreshing experience with Shawn Bates In the used car department. He was honest, professional and at no point did I feel the usual car sale pressure. The most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend looking him up and have the same experience I had.

The staff and service are exceptional. My vehicle was serviced and all issues dealt with on time. The bill was reviewed with me from top to bottom to ensure I understood what was done and why. Thank you for treating me as a valued customer!

Edited: Last visit for new tires and oil change didn’t go so smoothly here. Still good in many ways. Didn’t have the proper tires I ordered so had to wait 2 more days for the car to be ready just before leaving on a flight. Was told to come in about an hour or so before the car was finished. The loaner vehicle provided had under a quarter tank, not cool. It’s usually great service, just rough visit this time round.
