I was connected to Vincent in the sales department, through an online inquiry. Vincent has an extreme amount of patience, he is honest, and I truly believe he listened to me! Vincent knew I wasn't into all the bells and whistles, and at no time did he ignore this fact, to tell me all the features that came with this car. Some people may see this as a negative, that I left with a vehicle and truly didn't understand the complete awesomeness I just purchased (Yes, he did offer to show me whatever I wanted to know!). The point is, he didn't go on about the things I wasn't interested in hearing. Vincent is not your typical sales guy! My experience with the finance department didn't get off to a good start, but James truly changed that. He went above and beyond, and despite the fact he knew I was annoyed by the time I met him, he treated me well and understood where I was coming from. Vincent, I am in LOVE 💙 with my new Golf! Very pleased to have been served by the team at Norden over the last few days. Sam, Eddy, and James were most helpful accommodating specific asks and concerns I had. Sam was genuine from the moment we first connected and in all aspects of his responsiveness, even anticipating those little things that would make vehicle shopping less stressful, more convenient, and tailored to suit. Eddy was efficient, clear, and accommodating as I moved through required steps to assess the vehicles suitability, and ultimately collaborating on the business details of the final deal. James provided support for all closing transactional items, and gave me a comprehensive understanding of options and support to enhance opportunities of ensuring an extended enjoyment of the vehicle I was fortunate to acquire. Great experience! David from sales as well as Derek from finance , did both absolutely go above and beyond to accommodate our needs!
