My family and I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea J. Although she was just starting out, she was a joy to work with. Very personable knew her stuff like a seasoned vet. I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for any new vehicle, esp. one for the family. She has a young family of her own, so she can offer advice on products that relate to you and your own family needs and wants. She was ultimately the deciding factor when we were looking at other models in similar brand: very personable and authentic, unlike other "Go Auto" type dealerships from our experience. Thank you, Chelsea! We love our Honda!

Seems they can sell cars ok but the other reviews. As for the service department I will not return after the last visit. I had taken it in for a service and asked to have the door hinges replaced. I was told they would be in at he end of week and could be installed then. I never received a call back. I called in finally after a month or better of waiting was told they would call me back. I received no call. Called in again 2 weeks later and was told they would call me back. Parts were there made and appointment. I asked how long it would need to be there it was start 2-3 Hours. They also wanted to change all four when I only asked for two to be done. I dropped vehicle off at the appointment time left for over three hours came back and it had not yet been taken in. I had to wait another hour or better. They charged full pop for about 20 minutes of work when they finally did get it in. Not going back and the only reason its a one star is so I could post a comment

My husband and I had such a great experience from beginning to end, purchasing a CRV from St Albert Honda. Alastair was diligent in understanding our needs and continued searching for the perfect vehicle for us until we found it, he was knowledgeable and had a great understanding of the auto industry as a whole, not just the Honda brand. Austin in Parts found us the perfect winter tires for our needs and had them installed when we picked up the car. The facilities there are immaculate and the entire team goes above and beyond to provide a truly exceptional customer experience!

Team was excellent to deal with! Sheila was very helpful as well, ensuring we got the unit in that wasn't even available in inventory! huge up for this store, sheila is an asset to this team for sure !

I visited St Albert Honda a couple of weeks ago to look at a Honda civic and worked with a salesman named Mike (last name started with a P). I ended up going with a different vehicle and brand entirely, but Mike was so helpful and respectful throughout our whole discussion. He took the time to slowly show me everything on the vehicle - his product knowledge was excellent. If I were going with any sort of Honda in the future, I'd come back here. Mike was such a pleasure to work with!
