Sales staff was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't know the answer to a question you had they found the answer for you right away. I was also in a time constraint for completing the transaction. The dealership did an excellent job in streamlining the process and ensuring my new vehicle was ready to go within 8 hours of walking into the dealership. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

From my first call to Shawn in used cars to driving the vehicle home, it was the easiest vehicle I have ever bought. Saw the car, got a good price, and the finance and lease office did amazing work to get me the car I needed at reasonable rates and no effort on my part. Emailed in some documents, a couple phone calls (some credit issues to overcome) and went to pick up the car. Was in and out in no time and on my way. Can't see why I would go any where else for my next vehicle. Thanks to all of you, car buying the way it should be. Dec. 2018- So now it is 3 years later and my lease is up. I let Brandy know I wanted to keep the car and without any “upsells” hassles, or surprises the deal is done. For anyone out there looking for a honest, hassle free car leasing/ buying experience this is the dealership to call.

I'm not one to typically write reviews but after my experience at Don Wheaton, I was compelled to share. Without going into great detail, the process of leaving my Cadillac Escalade for some warranty work was abysmal. From the 45 minutes it took to drop it off, to lack of correspondence as the vehicle was kept overnight, to the long wait when I arrived to pick it up - there was nothing that resembled a positive customer experience. If you would like to know what that looks like, go to Lexus of Edmonton. What was particularly frustrating is that after all the nonsense that went on, I was asked to provide a 5 star feedback rating online. Instead, I wrote an email to both the person that I was dealing w/ in service and the service manager and shared my negative experience and NEVER had any kind of a reply. It's easy to ask for a great rating. It's hard to follow up with an unsatisfied customer. But it's worse to avoid the issues. I would never go back to this dealership. I would never recommend this dealership.

Awesome. That. Is the only word I can use to describe how we feel after purchasing our new Cadillac CT6. Awesome dealership, awesome buying experience, awesome car ... awesome. Dan, Nik and Troy were incredible throughout the process, from educating us on the car and all of its’ features, to assessing our trade vehicle and getting us fair value, through the financing and delivery of the vehicle to us. It really couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend working with these folks if you want a no-surprise, experienced and knowledgeable tram to work with you and share your excitement during the vehicle purchase. Thanks again to all of you for your assistance. I look forward to working with the service and maintenance team to keep our baby looking and running great.

After what I had to recently deal with at another dealership this is the only one I will come to and bring my own family to. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help, More then a car dealer is for sure, Don Wheaton GMC is where it's at.“ We received excellent service from Dileep and Jason , sales rep and financial manager from Don Wheaton GMC. They gave us a deal that was very difficult to turn down. I am certain it was a compromise that may have cut into his and the dealership commission, for sure he nor the dealership have lost any money in this transaction but the point is that they are willing to dicker in good faith, in good will like the way honest business should be done. I am happy. Good luck Jason, Dileep and Don Wheaton GMC.Good simple: good faith, good will and a hand shake.
