Buyer beware. We bought a truck for which they showed us a clean mechanic’s inspection only to find out that it had no oil in it, leaks, and a persistent check engine light. Clearly the inspection was fudged. Contacted the dealer and was ignored. If you’re going to buy from this lot ensure that you take it for your own inspection.

Easily the worst dealership in the city. They sold me a truck for $39000 and didn't even get the oil changed. The engine check light is on. They said it was a mirror sensor which they said they would replace, which they didn't. Sad thing is I have good credit, and this is a "No Credit Refused" type place. I should have known. The parking sensors need adjustment and there is a rattle in the motor. It makes me think the out of province inspection they did is fraudulent. After all this... they don't even respond to my texts. NEVER buy anything from this wheel and dealership. I am filing complaints through AMVIC, Service Alberta, Better Business Bureau and my lawyer says I have an easy case here. So save yourself the hassle and go to a real dealership! Update!!! I took this truck to an actual Dodge dealership. There were 4 recalls! These are free if you take it to a dealership. These guys are crooks! They don't have a mechanic... They don't do any work or check to see if there are problems with any of the vehicles they sell!

Approached the dealership as my credit is bad, and am in a consumer proposal. Was shoehorned into a Chevy Trax and not given any choices of vehicles. Was approved for approx $17,000 in financing. And did a test drive where nothing was wrong, the sensors were fine, no engine light, and backup camera and AC was working. Odometer was at 134200 on the sales documents. Signed the documents for the vehicle, and the vehicle was sent for an "out of province" inspection. The vehicle came back with nearly 135 km more on it, and the check engine light was on, TPMS sensor is shot according to error codes, the backup camera no longer works, and the heat/AC is stuck on super hot, because the temperature control does not work. Brought this up to the sales person Maxx, and was told that "the mechanic will have to look at it". It's been over a week, and my messages haven't been responded to, and I filed a case with AMVIC today. Not happy with how this dealer is not taking responsibility for this vehicle, and they are just getting away with it. If I get a resolution, I'll change my review, but if it takes AMVIC to get me a solution, my review stands.

Maxx and Dennis, you both gave myself and my wife the best shopping experience ever at a dealership. As someone who has shopped primarily at large box dealerships you both offered something those stores couldnt; a no pressure buying experience!!! Who would think that in under 18 hours I would be driving off the lot in a new to us Journey!! You both deserve more than the 5 star rating and because of the service and laid back experience, you have earned a customer for life.

I wish i could give this place less than one star. The owner didnt provide the warranty promised by the salesman. The vehicle i bought waant detailed there was still items in the door and in the seat pockets. There were safety devices he did not fix and has not attempted to contact me. I am now in the process of dealing with amvic and the ciu to take care of the issue. I also came to find he had peole selling cars that were ineligible to be selling cars. Do yourselves a favour and shop around. Have a great day.
