As always a good experience. Fast service. attentive staff. Was in for my regular maintenance. And unlike most of the Ford dealerships in Calgary these guys utilize a quick lube facility so going in for an oil change and once over is quick and painless. If you have a concern. Bring it up and they'll get the mechanic to look at it quickly and will note whether it needs full service attention or not. And if it does they help with booking that. I've owned 3 Ford's in the last 8 years. All bought from here. I think that should tell you something. Edit: Only thing I could suggest is they get a few service loaners. As most of the clients do work outside of Airdrie

We have bought several Ford vehicles prior to this one. The last time we bought one was from a different Ford dealership and that experience made us not want to buy another Ford vehicle nor set foot into another Ford dealership. Then we came to Cam Clark Ford, from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted and asked how Cam Clark Ford could be of assistance. We met our sales lady Melanie Hudson and she was fantastic! After our dealings with her we were moved into the Finance department, it was there where the true essence of Cam Clark Ford showed through. Kristine Simmons was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel like what we wanted mattered. Should the time come that we are in the market for yet another Ford vehicle (this current one being the fifth) we will absolutely be back to Cam Clark Ford. Thanks for everything.

Best service in town! Not to name any names, but we visited several dealerships in both Airdrie and Calgary and for us there was no comparison. From the first time we walked in, there was a friendly staff member there to greet us (who was both happy to let you browse in peace or get a sales representative). We had the luxury of dealing with Jim Scott... If you a reading this, you want to request him; friendly, knowledgeable, full of entertaining stories and very helpful. He arranged, on his day off no less, to pick me up from work with my fiancee in our new SUV so I wouldn't miss the ''first time leaving the lot experience' in our new car that I told him I didn't want to miss. He went over all of the features of our new vehicle and made sure we knew that we could contact him at any time if we had any questions that came up. The car was freshly detailed and had a full tank of gas too! Overall great customer service, 10/10

Dealt with Matt Decker in sales and the two managers Don Bruce and Sean Bell. I was in a very tricky and exhausting spot and the three of them were straight up great guys to deal with. Promptly answered all my questions and even took the time to properly explain how the various promotions work which not every dealer in Calgary will do. Super impressed and would definitely recommend purchasing vehicles from them.

Parts was awesome. Ty picked up on the first ring, he was friendly, and helpful. And when he didn't know the answer, he asked Matt instead of telling me that he couldn't help me. He had to put me on hold, and after about a minute he came back on the line to tell me that he was still looking which was nice. When he came back on he apologized for the wait and said that he found it. Thank you Ty! Top Notch service.
