Yesterday I picked up my third vehicle bought at Charlesglen. My sales associate Stephen was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt any high pressure sales at all during the process. I have always had the same associate Jim turn over my new vehicles. The process is very smooth, and he tells fabulous â€œold manâ€ jokes. I love the auto rewards program that Charlesglen offers, I get discounts at a bunch of local places and I have been able to build up some money for each new car.

I dealt with Shawn and Alex about trading in my vehicle. They were very kind, patient, and not pushy. They were open with me about the value of my vehicle and taught me things to look for. I didn't end up buying a vehicle from them because I ended up liking the CR-V the best, but I really wish I could have given them my sale because they really deserved it. I would definitely recommend going here.

My experience with Charlesglen Toyota has been amazing. When searching for my new truck I had inquired at 7 different dealerships and Charlesglen exceeded them all in initial response, quick, thorough quotes, price, and costumer service. Mitch was very patient with my multiple requests to customize my truck and was respectful of my budget and made it work for me. I did not experience any pushy sales tactics like I did at the other dealerships which made shopping for my truck a fun thing! Mitch quoted me the best price right from the start. Upon pick up the whole team at Charlesglen was so clear and answered all my questions without an issue, the pick up process was smooth and I do not regret choosing this dealership over all the others. I highly highly recommend them!!

Loved this place right away. Spacious and bright with high sailings. It's inviting and because of all of this you feel welcome. The staff are friendly without being pushy. They drive a hard bargain though and they try to sell you extra stuff like many car dealerships. Even though everyone was very helpful, Alan was the nicest person to deal with. He is kind and genuine. Buying a car is not as easy as it used to be. And to learn the new technology stuff was overwhelming today. I think with technology, I felt we were rushed and were not given the time we needed. Also, there are so many people to deal with that might make the process not as smooth. Yes, I would recommend this place without a doubt.
