Both of our experiences purchasing at Northwest Acura have been exceptional. We were a little overwhelmed as we hadn't bought a new vehicle in 14 years and things have changed a lot since then! Our sales person, Sunny Khan, was wonderful in guiding us through the process to make the perfect selection of vehicle for our needs. Sunny is a very knowledgeable and kind gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He has kept in touch with us to ensure we are happy customers and has offered any assistance should we need it. He assured us that he is there to help out in any way. Thank you so much, Sunny! We love our new vehicle!

My experience at Northwest Acura was overall very positive. Raj, the salesperson who sold me the car was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no high pressure sales techniques from him which I was very appreciative of. He went above and beyond by driving to the other side of the city to pick me up in order that I could take my new car home. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because I did feel some high pressure sales from the salesperson in the financing department when it came to purchasing extra warranty and protection packages available. While I realize this is part of the job, that approach does not sit well with me. That said, the financing department people were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend buying a car here to others.

Great place to buy an Acura. From the first time we went looking for a vehicle we felt welcomed. Mike did an outstanding job working with us and the deal was closed really fast. He also follow up weeks after to ensure we were happy with the vehicle. Kudos to Mr. King also as he helped one day when Mike was on his day off. Great teamwork.

Recently purchased a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec from Sunny at Northwest Acura and had a truly pleasant experience. Sunny’s knowledge of the vehicle line, willingness to accommodate my busy schedule, and genuine straightforwardness was a big reason why I decided to purchase from Northwest Acura. Sunny was very pleasant to deal with, personable, and always made me feel like a welcomed customer. Looking forward to continuing to do business with Northwest Acura in the future. I would recommend Northwest Acura for anyone looking to get into a vehicle without all of the hassles that you sometimes find at other dealerships.
