Amazing customer service. Allan was top notch! He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me suggestions and his advice but was never pushy. I would recommend Allan to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle!

I first booked my appointment online and was scheduled 2 weeks away. I received a phone call shortly after booking online advising they could get me in as soon as the next day. I happily rescheduled. I brought my car in and Candice (my service advisor) quickly had me checked in. She is definitely a 5 star rating. Why I took a star off... a sales rep moved my vehicle into the service check-in bay and banged my door against the wall. Also, the courtesy shuttle driver asked if I needed a shuttle while i was checking my car in and I said yes. He promptly left right after asking me and I waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle. After my car was diagnosed, Candice quickly called me with an update. One of my concerns apparently was a quick fix that they did not even charge me for. Also, my other issue apparently had a special exception for coverage and was also free. When I picked up my car, the girl said she would have a guy bring my car around. I could see my vehicle from where she had asked me to wait. I waited 10 minutes for someone to back my car out of the spot and drive maybe 30 meters to where I was waiting. They should have just given me the keys.

Shaganappi GM made my new vehicle purchase very stress free. They were able to get me the truck I wanted at a great price, as well accommodate my very busy schedule. I dealt with Wayne Ivan and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Wayne was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had.
