I was down today at Royal Auto Sales just went to take a look to see if they had anything that would catch my eye. And between the helping and friendly staff that was on hand and greeted me on entering there yard. I had an awesome experience while there today! I am still trying to put off giving in to all my temptations for the vehicle. But I know for how the experience had went and the offer I had received for my trade in and the price I can get this Dodge Journey for I will not hold out. gotta take advantage of this amazing deal they have for me. I would only say a warning that be prepared for a team of professionals to treat you like your important and show you some amazing vehicles that they will ensure meet your requirements in all aspects. Kudo's to the staff and there excellent abilities to keep the deal in your favor to get you hooked. I am heading back to pick it up. Wife gonna kill me. lol

Last week we went to look for a car for new comer friend in Canada. one of the sale persons told us SUV is best for winter and he forced us to purchase one. We repeatedly asked about any accident and active status . He told us no accident and the status is active. He took $400 as deposit told us to come on Wednesday. Meanwhile we checked the car in the registry and found that it had an accident.

I emailed with a specific question on a specific vehicle, they responded within minutes with a direct answer. I went into the dealership to look at the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described. The salesman showed me the service records and history report. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They've earned my recommendation.

I have been to many other dealerships that promise everyone approved, and its always been the same run-around. Royal Auto Sales really came through for me! They gave me specific instructions to follow -get your license, send us your last paystub. They got me insurance quotes, and the vehicle was already registered to my name when I went to pick it up. I cannot believe how easy they made the sales process. It wasn't at all what I was expecting because of my prior experiences. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to finance a vehicle!

We got a 2011 mdx from them when we got it . It had the air light on. We took it in 4 times . They told us the seat belts were the first line of defense and not to worry about it. We took it to the dealer and they told us that the airbag had partly deployed. And could go off at any time. Think about that your driving at 110 km and bang you cant see. The dealer wont give us back our car untill the new part comes in because its millions of dollars in liability. I have tried to call the manager every day for a week he wont call me back. I think we will have to go through amvic.
