I just want to say thank you to Laurie Hanlan for the exceptional customer service with handling my vehicle repairs and keeping me informed of the status as well as informing me of anything additional that may be required. Also thank you Branden Gray the service manager for helping us in a tight bind and getting us handled in an amazing efficient manner. And thank you to the technician Jack for the exceptional workmanship and cleanliness of the repair. I will be back for sure.

Honest dealership that takes care of its clients. Mark Macguire went above and beyond to get me into the perfect car for me at a fantastic price. Andrew Stennett was expedient in solving any problems that arose and did everything he could to make me happy (I am extremely happy). I left with a car I love, I didn't feel pressured in any way, I felt the staff were completely transparent, and I'll be recommending Sherwood Dodge to anyone and everyone. 10/10 would buy a car from Sherwood Dodge again. Thanks, guys!!!!

Pretty disappointed with the service crew yesterday. On saturday afternoon on my way home wile driving, my driver window exploded without any reason in my jeep cherokee which i purchased from this location! once i was able to get control and pull over this is what it looked like... On Monday i brought it in to the dealership for an explanation of how this could happen. The first gentleman attempted to explain to me that maybe a bird or a piece of tire from a semi truck might have done that. As i was driving it I'm pretty sure i would've seen something like that. The second gentleman who looked at it suggested that a rock could of flew up as it looked like it started from a certain point. This was a fair enough explanation for me. But when i asked the first service rep is there any sort of warranty or protocol for something that looks like a manufacture defect? He said no sorry nothing we could do and to fix it would be a day possibly 2 and cost around $440. I left frustrated drove 5 minutes over and got it repaired for half the price and the shop stayed open late and did it for me that night! After doing some research I've read multiple threads and forums of a similar situation with windows. Maybe someone could look into this so there is not another incident going forward.

I LOVE shopping for a car at Sherwood Dodge! Eddy has been my families sales guy for years. The most friendly and personal vehicle shopping experience I've ever had. The awesome deal I got on my Journey did not hurt either. I strongly recommend Eddy...you wont find anyone willing to work harder to get you what you want anywhere! Thanks guys!

Used side changed which vehicle we were buying without mentioning it. We went back in to sign all the paperwork and complete all, they brought a completely different vehicle up, the one we thought we were buying was still sitting with our name on the mirror, in the next spot. Dealership blamed it on human error and offered nothing in the way of correcting their "mistake." Situation was extremely suspicious as my husband knows that the paperwork he signed was for the correct vehicle, but they shredded it before we could look it over again. 0/5, will never return, and would recommend you don't either!
