My mom went into Park Mazda and bought a vehicle. Chase helped her, and provided an incredible experience from start to finish. He was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. My mom couldn’t get over how smoothe everything was. She said Chase was laid back and easy-going, and there was no pressure at all. Thanks to the Park Mazda team, especially Chase, for taking such great care of my mom. Chase, if you’re reading this, you’re an awesome salesperson! Alyssa in finance provided a great experience, too!

None of the cars in the showroom had a charge so you could not adjust seats. There were many people in the showroom working who could have helped with this. Decent selection. Decent location. Washrooms feel dated.

I have never submitted an online review but I felt that I had to share my experience with Ash (sales) and the staff at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park Alberta. Due to a collision one of my vehicles was a total loss and I was now rushed to find a replacement a couple of weeks before Christmas. I was looking for a very specific premium used vehicle which had to have certain options. Frustrations with local dealers in Winnipeg led me to broaden my search. This led me to Ash and Park Mazda. Ash provided me with a Car proof, mechanical safety, original vehicle build sheet which detailed all of its options from the manufacturer along with over 60 photos. He answered all my questions. In communicating with Ash, he immediately gained my trust which is no easy feat. Ash gave me straight answers and got back to me in a very timely fashion with a straight answer when he needed to research it. From there Alyssa called me to arrange the financing and I was approved. Alyssa was aware that subject to financing, I would be booking flights ASAP. Alyssa expedited the process and I was able to book flights for my daughter and I to Edmonton that same evening. The next morning, we were greeted at the airport by Vanessa who drove 1/2 hr to come and get us. Vanessa was fun to chat with and made us feel very comfortable from the minute we jumped the vehicle. She safely shuttled us to Park Mazda where we met Ash and put a face to the name. We road tested the vehicle with Ash and it was exactly as described. Ash and the Manager Chris finalized the deal. Chris gave me a firm hand shake and looked me straight in the eye. To me that says a lot about a persons character. Randy the mechanic facilitated me taking a look under the vehicle. Randy was patient and was actively listening to my questions which he answered in terms I understood. Pat was a pleasure to talk to while he completed the finance and vehicle purchase documents. He treated us very well and we were done in no time. I have been driving for the last 26 years and have bought numerous vehicles. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had ! Ash gained my trust to the point that I was willing to fly to Edmonton to buy this vehicle. Every staff member we dealt with was attentive, personable, honest and genuine. Keep up the good work Ash, you listened to me and understood how important it was for me to have all the answers prior to flying to Edmonton. I can’t say enough about everyone I’ve listed in this review and especially Ash. Thanks for making my buying experience a pleasure. I had asked a few vehicle questions of a local Winnipeg dealer prior to calling Ash. Ash guided me through the whole entire process, we flew to Edmonton and purchase the vehicle before the local dealer even got back to me about my inquiries. We had a great 15 hour drive back home. Ash followed up by calling me to confirm we made it home safe and sound. Ash, Vanessa, Alyssa, Chris, Pat and Randy I wish you all the best. Dealing with the public can’t always be easy but you guys sure impressed me with your professionalism and 5 star level of customer service. Park Mazda may be 15 hours away from my home but they have gained my trust and I will look to them for my future needs. Even after incurring the cost of flights and travel, I saved quite a bit on my purchase and got exactly what I was looking for ! Chris

Went for an oil change. We were scheduled at 3pm but came in earlier than 3..although we drove from Saskatchewan ( 3 hr drive).. Gave them the key, then at 3:30..my husband approached the lady at the service reception area asking about our vehicle.. She said it's almost done.. So my husband told her " are you sure?".. She answered "what do you mean?".. My husband then replied.. "cause our car had been seating there for 30 minutes".. Only then a guy came and grabbed the car.. If my hubby didn't remind them, we would be waiting there for a longer time.. Worst part is, I have a toddler with me and a 2 month baby who is waiting at home.. Those wasted time are precious
