Called about an ad on Kijiji. Sales lady was very rude on the phone. She said the SUV had a couple issues. So I asked what they were. Her reply was "I don't know, I'm not a mechanic". I asked for the business name; she asked if I could read English because it's in the ad. It's not. Don't bother!!!!

Purchased a car from Alan Reid at Express Car Loans (DCC/Londonderry Dodge) almost ten months ago! The Following is my experience.... Purchasing the car, overall was a fairly easy experience. As part of the deal my "CashBack" Incentive was supposed to go towards six months of my insurance. After 3 Months I recieved a letter in the mail from Intact Insurance about the Payment not being recieved, i was sent through the loop for weeks, with excuse after excuse until i was offered a dealer plate, promised everything would be fine until this was figured out. 4 Months later, after Relentless effort and still Driving on a "Dealer" plate i was pulled over for such reason.... only to find out that they werent even authorized to give me that plate in the first place as its for DEALERS ONLY and TEST DRIVES, not for personal vehicles. My Vehicle was Impounded.... 600$ and 5 days later i Got my Vehicle out and insurance of my own placed on the vehicle.... I Was offered to have the cheque given to me to deal with this insurance matter. it has now been over a month since this incident, more run arounds. Excuses by Alan and the Express Team. And now i can not get a hold of them. My Reccomendation..... No.... Caution to you! !!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!! !!!!IF THERE WAS A 0 STAR OPTION I WOULD GIVE IT!!!!
