We ended up not being a used car and had our deposited fully refunded as promised (found another used vehicle at another dealer that was more suitable to us). What I want to call the attention of others is that we tested a couple of vehicles at Sherwood Ford, had some conditional work done prior to making our final decision and even after that we unfortunately had decided not to pursue the deal. However, the customer service by Grant Shaw was amazing. We never felt pressured, always very transparent and professional. We definitely plan on coming back to check with Grant before our next future purchase! Thanks for the great professionalism and awesome customer service.

Matt Irvine was awesome to deal with. Matt works for the customer. He suggested a colour of a truck which I would have never really looked at but love it!! . No pressured sales.. Matt showed me all the features & went through all the options inside. Love my new 2019 F150 Ecoboost. Matt was great, Iâ€™d deal with him again!

This is the second car I've bought from Sherwood Ford and once again service was top notch! Grant was amazing. He was great when I said no to a few cars, because they didn't have my wants and kept searching to find me the perfect car! Grant is super patient and friendly! He was also awesome with my son, as I was doing all the paperwork He was awesome at showing me all the features and going over everything in my SUV and making sure I was comfortable before I drove off!

I emailed 5 dealers all looking for prices on the new 2019 Ranger. They all got back to me the next day but Sherwood Ford took an interesting twist by emailing me a video walk through on the vehicle in question. I course, I had seen the truck already but this was an excellent way to introduce the sales person (Jordan) to the customer. When I arrived, Jordan was on holidays and Jerry Alder took over and worked hard to get up to speed and get me what I wanted. The 2nd bonus was they gave a good price to start with. I had done my homework and knew the range of prices out there and how much profit they would be making. The other dealers were $2000 higher or didn't want to give me a price until i came in which was a red flag ( I live 2 hours away). We did run into some issues but they quickly tried to solve all of them. Since it is a new model, accessories had limited available but they managed to work to solve my needs. There was some pain due the number of trips I made since I live 2 hours away but most people buy closer to home so shouldn't be a problem. (My local dealer doesn't work hard for their business so i didn't even try). A few trips later and they got everything done. They paid for my rental on the days I had to come in to get accessories installed and even topped up my tank!

I have been in the process of truck shopping for a few months looking for â€œTHEâ€ truck. With the assistance of Kathryn, Luke to find everything I wanted in a truck. They went above and beyond to find my truck and in the end it was a truck at another dealership out of town that was the truck for me. Their professionalism and working with me as a person I trusted their advice and guidance which ended i me committing to buy. Lucas in Finance was another key player in the deal, his guidance and partnership to be my advocate to ensure that I am getting what I pay for. There was a few phone calls but this was Lucas ensuring I was fully communicated with. Sherwood Ford The Giant I would highly recommend for anyone that is in the market for new wheels...this is the place!
