Craig T was a fantastic help with the purchase of my new shiny red Mini Cooper. There was no pressure at all. He just quickly provided us with tons of information and let us make the decisions from there. Craig and everyone (Steve, Briana & Chad) made the experience easy, fun and stress-free. :)

My experience with MINI Edmonton was overall very impressive! To elaborate further; my existing MINI previous to my new one was randomly vandalized and written off and scrambling to get into a brand new car for the first time was a very daunting experience. Craig was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and the perfect example of going above and beyond to provide a comfortable and efficient customer experience. The rest of the BMW/ MINI Edmonton team was also very helpful and efficient to work with. Thank you to everyone at this dealership for helping me into my wonderful 2017 MINI Cooper!!

We couldn't find a Countryman with the features we wanted so we had to factory order. Our salesman, Craig Trueman, walked us through the process, researched features and technical specs, and then provided regular updates while we waited for our Mini to arrive. It was great dealing with a vehicle salesperson who didn't bluff or guess their way through our questions. Craig was great about ensuring he had the right answers, providing copies of feature descriptions. Once our vehicle arrived, Craig introduced us to Tin Nguyen to take care of the paperwork. Tin was great about walking us through the final steps, explaining the "care" packages, and committing to after sale support. Thanks to both of you for all of your support!

The entire process from signing of papers and picking up of the Mini Countryman JCW....Simply brilliant! Dealt with Trung, an easy going and professional salesperson. And kudos to Tin, the Finance Services Manager, who took me through the warranty packages , answering all my queries, allowing me to make informed decisions. And also a big thank you to Chad, the delivery coordinator, who helped explained all the key features and functions during delivery. Highly recommended A++!
