I recently went to southtown Chrysler to get a TON of maintenance done on my 2017 Jeep compass. From the moment I called in to make my appointment until I picked up my jeep once it was finished it was 110% 5 star service. The lady that scheduled my appointment was efficient and made sure I would be able to have a loaner because my car would be in for at least 2 days. (Mind you I made sure I called in well in advance, about 2 weeks before my appointment) I needed a wheel alignment, oil change, windshield replacement, full detail and a few exterior scratches painted. Dropping off my car was fast, they noticed a screeching as I pulled in the bay, it has just started happening, they offered me a "peace of mind inspection" which I agreed to. They send you a quick video of what your car looks like, which I thought was neat! They kept me up to date while my car was in tines hands, first day they let me know what the screeching was and the next day I had gotten 2 phone calls, one was confirming a time frame when my car should be ready and another when it was done and I could come and get it. Very helpful! Picking up my car was just as easy as dropping it off. They pulled it up to the bay and I was on my way. I would 110% go here again for any maintenance in the future. They were super great! All the reviews are mostly positive and there is a good reason for that, they deserve the great reviews.

I brought in my Jeep for peace of mind inspection. Dropped off the vehicle after hours Wednesday night and I got a call AND a text first thing Thursday morning. Jean Ortiz in service was knowledgeable and kept updating me every step of the way on what was going on which I truly appreciate. Picking up the car was just as easy as dropping it off! I will definitely go here again for any maintenance of the Jeep in the future.

I have been with this place for 3 years. Their service has finally gotten better. I am impressed with the customer service they provided. And the best thing, my truck was ready 3 hours early. Jean Ortiz is an awesome advisor.

I got an oil change and an inspection done on my car a few weeks ago; during the inspection multiple problems were found with my brakes, my tire, and many other aspects of my car. Thankfully the service team was able to rectify most of these problems, and especially Jean who kept me informed and was extremely attentive. I have had an amazing experience with this dealership and I will be going back for future service.
