Not sure what happened to this dealership. Almost every member of my immediate family has purchased vehicles from this dealership before. We've always dealt with Trung the sales manager and Alex and whichever sales staff they recommended to us. Never ever had any issues when it came to sales or service. We were always happy with the deals they gave us. I recently brought a family friend referral into the store. I did not recognize any faces when we got there. All the sales staff seem untrained and lacked knowledge about the product. Seems whatever general manager they hired doesn't care about providing adequate training and teaching staff about building genuine relationships. Sales staff and managers were overly pushy with their offers and BS deals. Simply put don't buy from this dealership. Disappointed with the direction this dealership went. Recommend to take your business elsewhere.

Went to Alberta Honda to just take a look at some new vehicles and as soon as we got there, Billy assisted my dad and I. Answered any questions that we had with full knowledge and then some, including experiences of his own. His help through this whole experience was great and he made sure we were getting the best deal & then some with our experience. Bought out 3rd vehicle at Alberta Honda and have never had a poor experience. Thank you Billy for making our lastest experience great.

After nearly 25 years, sadly my advice now is: STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTA HONDA IF YOU VALUE HONEST SERVICE! Alberta Honda's repair shop has become shady, practicing sneaky, , predatory disingenuous customer interactions. Alberta Honda now puts making money from customers above giving superior customer service. The attitude toward customers in Alberta Honda's Service Department has really changed in the past, I've had three unnecessarily expensive experiences in a row. I used to rely on the advice I received from Alberta Honda's Service people and technicians but have experienced a few times in a row, unfortunately, a new inventiveness for creating with large bills, . Once a person agrees to let them look under your hood, they leverage you shamelessly. I caught them quoting ridiculously high amount for a simple repair. When I called them on this I received a surly defensiveness. Their Service Manager, Maria, actually told me that it was up to their customer to know what services they did well and which they didn't. That it wasn't Alberta Honda's "responsibility" to advise their customers if there was a less expensive option. That perfectly illustrates Alberta Honda's current approach to customer "relations" (no longer service). When we refused their quote, Alberta Honda would not release the vehicle to go to other shop until she paid a $90+ "Inspection Fee". We asked if they'd waive the fee, given the poor service Alberta Honda had given her. Not a chance. This "fee" (ransom?), was originally quoted at $75. Mysteriously, it went up $15+ when we told the Service Manager we were taking our business elsewhere. She told us that this additional penalty for not accepting their quote was for "shop fees and materials". This was for an inspection remember. After I sat with this for 1/2 an hour, I called ALBERTA HONDA back, asking to speak to the General Manager about my experience. The receptionist told me he was on the phone but she assured me that Bjorn would call me back as soon as he was able. Never received the promised call but 4 days later I got a notice from Google that the comment below had been added to my google review. At least it looks like they care about customer opinions. No phone call yet though. I guess I'm supposed to call.

Worst service ever, went in to look at the Odyssey and nobody even talked to us. I asked the front desk lady for help and she said arrogantly if no one is helping you that means they're all busy. Update: The manager Bjorn asked me to call him in my last review but I left two messages with no returns. I can't see this type of service in business for long.

Stay away! I spoke with a rude sales person Omar. I was interested in their used Honda CR-V and was wanting to visit in the evening to test drive the vehicle and the Sales guy seemed happy about it. I asked Omar to send me some pictures of the vehicle as there weren't any pictures of the inside of the vehicle. He said the vehicle is in the shop getting detailed. I told him I would not make the trip if the vehicle was not available for us to view this evening. He got defensive at this point saying he never said the vehicle was not available and repeatedly asked in a rude tone if I understood him. I told him to watch his tone. I then called the General Manager and left a message for him about his rude employee and I have not heard anything from him either. Looks like customer service is a thing of the past. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least!
