Visited the parts counter for body parts. The parts clerk was very friendly and helpful. I know what I needed, not by the proper name though. He was able to show me an exploded view and I choose the part myself. Parts were relatively cheap. Did not visit sales floor, so cannot comment on that part. Based on this visit I would recommend.

Came in with my new 2018 elevation edition Sierra for a quick lube. Very friendly staff, and very orderly. Left me enough time to go buy some GMC swag from the parts department, who i found to be conversational and most pleasant guys as well. Other dealerships should learn this kind of customer care and stress free interaction will keep clients coming back (worth noting i didnt buy my truck from this dealership, given the customer care i kinda wish i did)

I was recently in the market for a new pick up truck and had heard of Northgate GM from a friend, they contacted me and worked with my schedule, I explained what I wanted and they went above and beyond to make this happen. Very well organized and are by your side right until you leave the parking lot with your new vehicle! Would recommend anybody in the market for a new vehicle to please check out this dealership you will not be disappointed! Go see Sean Codner
